Almudena joined us as a practice manager last year. She is a multitasking expert, handling patient appointments and ensuring smooth operation of the clinic. She will receive you with a big smile, especially on a sunny day. She encouraged Milosz to establish MK Osteopathy, and now she has developed a strong interest for Business Management. She bravely left her comfort zone and took on the role of Practice Manager at the clinic, after making the difficult but ultimately beneficial choice to quit her job as a Land Surveyor. She felt she had to take on her job along Milosz while finding her new path.

 

   Almudena has a specific passion for Health and Wellbeing. Since being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at a young age, she has learned the vital importance of cultivating a positive mindset, following a healthy diet, and engaging in regular physical activity to promote a healthy body.

 

   In her time outside work hours, Almudena is a mum of a gorgeous girl. She enjoys spending time with family on the weekends, doing some outdoors activities, or baking yummy and healthy treats. However, she also enjoys spending time with friends and trying new challenges. You will find her learning and dancing in some social nights all sorts of Latin music and Zouk, practicing yoga outdoors, going to the gym or walking up some mountain.
