WHAT IS ROLFING THERAPY?

Rolfing Structural Integration (SI) is a treatment that requires deep manipulation of the body's connective tissues. It may help reduce physical and emotional tension, allowing the body to realign and restore balance.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A ROLFING SESSION?

The therapy schedule consists of 10 sessions, each with a different focus area. The sessions are 1h appointment.  If you have already had Rolfing Therapy before, the therapist will assess which area of your body needs to be the focus of the treatment on that session.
