Cancellation and Non-Attendance Policy

 

All missed appointments and cancellations that occur less than 24hrs from the appointment time will result in a cancellation or no show fee 100% of the appointment fee.

 

At MK Osteopathy, we prioritize patient care and encourage clients to provide adequate notice in advance of a cancellation o or appointment re-schedule. This way, we can tend to the needs of our other patients and ensure everyone receives the best possible care.
