Milosz Kalotka

Clinic Director, Osteopath

My enthusiasm for understanding the human body began in my teenage years when I started practicing martial arts, in particular, Karate, where I learned good control of the body.

I enjoy training in the gym to improve body function and maintain good posture, which keeps me able to perform my job without aches and pain. Having a background in fitness, I can help to identify exercises or incorrect technique that may contribute to pain and injuries.

I am an enthusiastic osteopath with a particular interest in sports and occupational-related injuries. I treat not only the symptoms but also aim to identify and address the root of the problem.

I have completed an intensive training program designed by physiotherapists at Pro Sports Academy in England. The same rehab system that they use with England Rugby Team. This training helps me to create unique rehab programs to help clients overcome injury and improve function according to their individual goals.

In 2005 I decided to start a career in the Fitness Industry in London that lasted ten years. I worked as a Fitness Instructor, then Personal Trainer and subsequently as a Sports Massage Therapist. During this time, I decided to develop my skills and knowledge and completed a Master Degree in Osteopathy from the British School of Osteopathy, followed by a post-graduate diploma in Classical Osteopathy. To continue my professional development in New Zealand, I began my training in Cranial Therapy with Upledger Institute and NeuroKinetic Therapy.

My passion is working toward better body alignment and better function.
