ADJUSTING POSTURE
In order to determine one's "normal," postural evaluation considers each unique difference. It then searches for instances of deviation from that normal. Sometimes imbalances run in our families, or they arise from repetitive activities such as using our dominant side when playing sports or working at a computer.
WHAT KIND OF POSTURE IS "GOOD"?
Maintaining specific body part alignments is necessary for healthy posture, which also helps with stability resulting from appropriate muscular integration in the body and effective muscular coordination for absorbing and releasing stress during functional motions.

WHAT KIND OF POSTURE IS "POOR" POSTURE?
A person with poor posture lacks a firm foundation for support, will likely be flimsy and incapable of structurally integrating efficiency into functional movements in reality.
